I am a warm and empathetic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in the North East of England.
I offer clients both web based and telephone sessions at a time and day that suits them. I am able to support clients on a short term or long term basis.
I offer a complimentary telephone consultation of up to 20 minutes in duration so that clients can be sure that I am the therapist that they wish to share their journey with.
I support clients with a wide range of presentations including, anxiety, depression, stress, low confidence, fears and phobias and sleep issues.
I additionally offer trauma informed counselling sessions where the client has experienced or witnessed difficult experiences that are preventing them being able to move on with their lives.
Pricing
Counselling sessions are £40 & Hypnotherapy sessions £50.
I also offer both NHS & Emergency services discount – please contact me for further details.

Anxiety UK Approved Therapist – Counsellor and Hypnotherapist
As an Anxiety UK approved therapist I regularly support their clients. Anxiety UK only accept therapists whom are fully qualified, hold the relevant insurance to practice, access regular supervision, undertake ongoing CPD and are a member of a registered governing body. Thursday– 9am to 8pm
